Paul is a founder and Co-Owner of MediaTech, LLC since 2003. Back then, Paul and his partners started MediaTech with the vision that smart home technology could be tailored to meet the needs and expectations of a larger market segment and not necessarily reserved only for the ultra-wealthy. They also understood that not all customers fit the same blueprint for technology integration and learned how to measure a project’s design requirements against the client’s level of need and tech-tolerance. The success of MediaTech was largely based on the company’s determination to support all installed systems as though they were installed in their own homes. Prior to founding MediaTech, Paul worked at ISR from 1991 to 2003, ISR was one of the first complete home integration companies and served the ultra-luxury home integration market throughout the US. Paul started at ISR as an installer and eventually served as the company’s Director of Project Management. Paul started his career as an electrician and worked as such until he was hired by ISR’s founder. Paul’s passions are in discovering and deploying the highest quality and most reliable equipment to achieve best in class customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Tom is a founder and Co-Owner of MediaTech, LLC, established in 2003. MediaTech was started with a vision that smart home technology could be tailored to meet the needs and expectations of a larger market segment and not necessarily reserved only for the ultra-wealthy. They understood that not all customers fit the same blueprint for technology integration and learned how to measure a project’s design requirements against the client’s level of need and tech-tolerance. The success of MediaTech was largely based on the company’s desire to support systems as though they were installed in their own homes. Tom has over 29 years of experience in the tech industry serving in various roles in engineering and project management prior to founding MediaTech. He’s passionate about creating simplified yet reliable systems for all levels of users, providing a unique and tailored experience. When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid motorsport enthusiast building classic cars and participating in all types of on and off-road motorsports.

Dan is a founder and Co-Owner of MediaTech, LLC since 2003. Back then, Dan and his partners started MediaTech with the vision that smart home technology could be tailored to meet the needs and expectations of a larger market segment and not necessarily reserved only for the ultra-wealthy. They also understood that not all customers fit the same blueprint for technology integration and learned how to measure a project’s design requirements against the client’s level of need and tech-tolerance. The success of MediaTech was largely based on the company’s determination to support all installed systems as though they were installed in their own homes. Prior to founding MediaTech, Dan began his career in 1983 working for an electronic systems manufacturer as an assembler, eventually progressing from technician and then to management. After ten years, Dan joined ISR, one of the first complete home integration companies that served the ultra-luxury home integration market throughout the US. Dan started at ISR as the installation supervisor and eventually served as the company’s VP of Operations. When not working, Dan enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandsons and friends, loves to do anything outdoors and is an amateur woodworker.
